Helsinki Not As Cold As You Think

This city has weather that is diverse from cold, temperate and potentially subarctic and yet comparatively mild because of moderating influence of the North Atlantic, Baltic Sea, and more than 60,000 lakes. In  HelsinkiFinland people speak Finnish and Swedish.

The cost of clothing, food and beverages, and housing is high while the cost of transport is very high, compared to other places and you are likely to experience minimal hardship.  Helsinki is the capital and largest city in Finland. The Helsinki metropolitan area generates approximately one third of Finland's GDP. GDP per capita is roughly 1.5 times the national average, making Helsinki one of the wealthiest capitals in Europe.
